    high bicep bellies

anyone have any suggestions on what the most important "filler in" muscle would be to give the look of all around bigger biceps? I have high bellies that start about 2 inches from my underside of elbow. What sucks is that I measure around 18-19inches at the peak, whenever I wear a sleevless to the gym people are always saying how huge they are but when I wear a regular t-shirt they look scrawney???????I am more looking for rep schemes then anything, how do I hit the muscles surrounding them for optimal growth, ie forearms/triceps....

He means he has high bicep insertions. This is a genetic thing and can't be changed. You'll have to work with that.

Like Rex said, the insertion point is all genetics. If your guns are 18-19, they are not small, by no means. My buddy has the little gap, but his arms aren't as big as yours. He'd kill for 17" guns.....

for hammers, do 4 sets of 6-10 reps and lift the weight from waist to shoulder at a medium speed
