Wats up guys,just looked thru august muscle and fitness issue and came across this 8 week 3 day a week powerilfting routine,loooks like a pretty good routine has anyone else seen this if so wat is ur take on it thx.

Right now I do Monday-Squats Wednesday-Bench Friday- Deadlift...and bodybuilding routines for smaller bodyparts...I'll give details if u want tehm

Monday I work up to a max single on a parallel bench...tends to be about 8 or 10 sets...go something like this 50% 60% 65% 70% 80% 80% 85% 95% 100% 100%
Wednesday I uusually do bench work off boards...2 boards up to 5 boards at a time..pause off the boards and go..same set scheme as above....deadlift same thing either conventional or sumo also place a Dynamic Effort day in there for some speed work with 50% of your max raw lift on each exercise
