leave the straight bar alone for a little while, start using dumbells or hammer strength machines anything that will isolate your left and right chest movements.

i do have it, and there is no solution for it as far as i know and tried.
i tried doing more reps with one arm (flat bench dumbell) and things like that, but no response, it's total genetics i believe.

I have the same prob. My problem is that my right arm is slightly shorter than my left. So my left always seems to push the weight a lil more. Its always said that everyone has one foot slightly bigger than the other and same with legs and arms. This may be ur prob as well. So just stick with dumbells because it doesnt matter in that case because each arm is extending to its fullest and pushing with the same strength.

If your upper pecs are lagging, adding some incline flyes would isolate the upper chest well. Also, on shoulder day, put your bench a little lower than perfectly vertical and perform shoulder presses at this angle. Not only will you be able to press more weight but you'll get more upper pec involvement. Don't worry about losing size on your anterior delts, they'll still grow like weeds with all that weight you'll be pressing.

In my college years, I trained for mass and this really helped me. At the time, I was a weighing in a 250 pounds. Fellow lifters would say that I had cannonball delts and you could balance a cup on my upper pecs. The reason I mention this is that I can speak from experience. My avatar is a more recent pic of me weighing in at 193lbs. Obviously, my goals have changed as I'm training to become a mixed martial artist.
