Muscle Strength & Endurance
I have a question to anybody who could give me valuable info. I am a basketball player and I want to gain muscle strength & muscle endurance in my legs. What type of lifts, reps, etc... should I incorporate in my leg workout. Thanks.

For strength-endurance you should be doing at least 15 reps per set with a weight that is difficult but not impossible and using short rest intervals.
