critique my routine
wats up guys just wanted to post my routine to see wat u guys thought
Mon(chest)
3 sets of incline db
3 sets of flat db
3 sets of dips
3 sets of incline or flat db flyz
tues
OFF
Weds(back)
3 sets of pulldowns
3 sets of bb row
3 sets of v handle pulldowns
3 sets of deads
thurs
OFF
Fri(shoulders/traps/tri)
3 sets of db press
3 sets of side lateral
3 sets of rear lateral
3 sets of bb shrugs
3 sets of db shrugs
3 sets of close grip bench
3 sets of pushdowns or reverse pushdowns
Sat(legs,bis)
3 sets of squats
3 sets of leg press
3 sets of stiff leg deads
3 sets of bb curls
3 sets of hammer curls
Calfs
3 sets of seated or standing
are done on mon,weds,sat
forearms
3 sets of reverse curls
2 sets of bb wrist curls
are done on mon,weds,sat
Abs

yea no bb for chest i was told to focus more on db cuz my one pec is a lil bit bigger than the other....and for shoulders keep rear laterals and throw in fronts also or should i alt them week to week??and for tricep maybe throw in tricep ext?

for the most part are these quick routines? Chest and back day couldnt take much more than 30 min unless you are talking too much. not that a quick routine is not good just think you could do a couple more sets of chest and back. Unless you are getting the pump that you desire from that routine.

yea about 45 mins sumtimes one hr...cuz i do abs,calfs,sumtimes throw forearms in if im feeling it that day...
