SWIMMING VS JOGGING... Which one?
Ok i'm starting to do some carido to cut up a bit, and i wanted to know what you guys prefer, swimming or jogging and WHY?
I know running is not the best thing for your joints and stuff, but good for the heart... However i thought swimming would be a overall wiser choice, doing a lot of laps or something...
Any suggestions?

best cardio to avoid joints probs. is kinda fast walkin' on an inclined treadmill, swimming is good but it's un-comparable to runnig or fast inclined walking cardio wise.

to cut up i wouldnt swim, its going to be hard to keep your heart rate up for 45 minutes..
just hit the eliptical, by far the best imo

smokethedays so you are saying running is the best thing to lose fat, i'm only 175 lbs 6'0 about 10% bodyfat but i'm doing my first cycle next week and i wanna start cutting while doing it so by the end of the 12 weeks i should be bigger and ripper!
Good idea eh? or no?

Swimming is really tought i did it for 6 months i add a great cardio but for cutting its not very good.

Swimming isn't a good choice for losing fat. Cold water lowers your body's temperature. The lower the temperature the less fat you will be burning off.
