you go on for 5 days straight?!! that's kind of harsh, i've heared of this routine before but i think it's kind of exahusting for your muscles, most ppl do 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. total of 5 days working out and 2 days off.

Definitely need a couple days off in that routine.....is there a reason you don't train on the weekends?

Also when do you do cardio?

What is your height? IMO, at this point, I wouldn't consider you a hardgainer. A natural 405lb bench press max at 205? That's awesome bro! When I graduated from college, I followed a similar routine and experienced good results. Yeah, you can make it better by spreading it out on the weekends, but is this really necessary? If you are a professional bodybuilder or your job is dependent on it, then I would say yes. If you want to have fun in your mid-twenties and have a life, take the weekends off. I'd rather have a woman than my hand.

I'd go with this since you seem to like the arm day...and recently I have adopted it.....
    Monday-Chest
    Tuesday-back
    Wednesday-off
    Thursday-arms
    Friday-legs
    Saturday-shoulders

There are many good routines that work..this one allows time for the tris to rest for the shoulder day after the arm day. Gives another day until you do chest again. Gives the biceps a break after back before the arm day.

Looks good but you could add a split in there so you could get the entire weekend off, this is what I do:

    Mon: Back
    Tue: Chest/Abs
    Wed: Off
    Thur: Legs
    Fri: Shoulders/Arms
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

Also keeping the weekends open allows me to miss a workout here and there on the week if I'm tired or something like that so I can just make it up on the weekend!

I used to shoulders and arms in the same day. But it was just to much work for one day. I like to straight pump my arms with 3-4 exercises per body part with the exception of forearms. I only do 2. because they are worked everyday.
