I need to work on my chest. Especially the part where my nipples are... bottom part. Need to make them more full. Is there any good exercise for that other than decline ?

Performing chest dips. On the chest dips, let the elbows travel out and have a forward lean to your torso. This is a very similar mechanical advantage as is with the decline work.
