Question How do I get my shoulders rounded out?

    Hey brothers,

I just wanted ot ask everyone wbhat excercises they did to get their shoulders rounded out. My shoulders are gettign bigger but i want them to be more round.. you know like if you look at me from the side they should look like bowling balss instead of shoulder blades. I do the lateral raises. I am also gonna start shadow boxing wiht light wieghts. Can anyone else offer any hints or is it just genetics the way some muslces will look??

but to hit cap, your looking at laterals, cable and dumbell mix it up, upright rows hit it pretty good, as do arnold presses.

rounder, well than hit all 3 heads, if one is behind then do it 1st in workout. Also bodyfat fat % has big effect on the "round" look

just thought i'd note something here:

people tend to overlook the fact that the medial deltoid consists of primarily slow twitch fibers. in essence, strive to aim for higher rep ranges and see how your body responds.
