    Felt like passing out while doin legs

    whats up guys just wondering if anyone else feels like they wanna pass out while doin legs cuz i just got done and i felt like i wanted to pass out the whole leg workout???

    ya whenever I do high reps squats heavy. Anything over 20 reps going heavy blowsssssss.

    yea just get a lot of water after thats what helps me from passing out

    You might want to slightly up your carb intake. This always helps me, when I feel lightheaded from a leg workout. Afterall, you burn more calories from a leg workout as compared to an upper body workout. Some people don't factor this in.

    ive passed out bout 3 times doing legs
    and usually spew everytime i do legs
    dont worry bout it no big deal
    u will get used to it lol

    That's intense bro! There must be times when you get butterflies in your stomach when anticipating such an extreme leg workout. In all my years of training, I've never seen anyone pass out after a leg workout. I've heard people vomit in the bathroom, but not pass out in the gym. You must train at a hardcore gym for them to let you vomit after legs. Most places, nowdays, would take your membership away. As for passing out, they would probably call an ambulance.

    yeah
    what i do is
    keep bin next to me
    so when i finish my set
    stand directly over bin and wait for it
    once i spew clean the mouth and go again lol

    i have spewed on floor tho like 3 times couldnt make it to bathroom or bin lol
    when i pass out
    they just throw water on me and just wait
    and put this smelling shit round my nose

    I have gotten extremely light headed after working legs real heavy. Alomost felt like passing out, but just focused on not falling over right then and there.

    This past friday i had just got done with my last set of squats, fell down to the floor, got up and puked all over myself out of my nose and mouth. People were prob. thinking wtf is wrong with that mess.

    i felt like this a bit today with my quad workout. i don't particularily like the feeling, but my legs need improvement. felt a little nauseous too so i had to take extra time to complete the workout!

    if i ever feel nauseous i stop for a bit and then just go back it.I never want to puke because (lol) kind of obvious

    1) i'd lose all the good nutrition in my stomach!
    2) it'd cause me to go home early....after being sick and not completing the workout
    3) Gym people would complain at me. Other members would too...
    4) feels horrible!
    5) it's also your body's way of telling you something's wrong

    i'm alright with squats at ten reps, but bent over rowing does make me go light headed so after the set i lay down immediately and let the blood flow back to my brain

    I feel like puking every leg workout. Several times the room has started to go black but I havent passed out yet.

    i've had that feeling too, this one time, i really thought i was gonna pass out for sure after my last set of squads but i went and had a shake of weightgainer i think it was and it went away, i also have days that cant stop yawning, why is that?

    just today after my last set of squats i got all dizzy and a major stomach ache....had to leave and go home, had my head out the wondow on the ride home.....took a dump drank a shake and finished my legs at home

    passed out damn..i get more dizzy after deadlifts than squats..but its close

    I had read this thread earlier this week.... ha.

    Then Friday went and did squats and dead lifts. Topped it off with some tricepts, shoulders and a few sets on the ab machine.... went home and lost it!!

    damn..just about all I can do in a day is squats/leg press/stiff leg deadlifts
