Reverse barbell preacher curls help build bicep thickness?
Does doing reverse barbell preacher curls, as seen here, help build bicep thickness (the brachialis)?

"Hammer" movements are what you want to employ for Brachs IMO.

They are an excellent isolation exercise for the brachialis. I love using the preacher bench for curls; it really minimizes cheating. The only problem is maintaining the grip when carrying the exercise close to failure. Sometimes, your grip will give out first. If you're not concerned about grip strength, use some wrist straps to prevent this from happening.

I hardly hit my bis at all with reverse preachers... The forearms get killed though. Its great for forearms.
