    my workout

    on my chest day i do ten sets of ten at 185 on bench
    ten sets of ten of 45lb cumbels of butterflys
    ten sets of ten 80lb upright rows
    ten of ten 20lb side lats
    and ten of ten incline 50lbs dumbels
    do you guys think this is too much?

    I see youre following German Volume Training, I think that may be too much, i thought you were only supposed to do 1 exercise per body part when using GVT. If you want you can include the flys and inline dumbells for 3x10

    hay Bro, I think this routine could lead to overtraing, what is the principal behind this training program (why 10 sets) ect, ect, and what are you trying to achieve,

    german volume training as jj said, but you are only supposed to do that for 1 exercise 10x10.

    The other routine you outlined is waaaaaaaay too much.

    50 sets of chest? That a rediculous amount of sets. Cut it way down.

    ive done it this way for two years lots of growth
