im doing mainly powerlifting routine right now its different. Heres a good bodybuilding split
Monday-chest
Tuesday-back
Wed-off
Thurs-legs/shoulders
Fri-arms
Some people like chest/tris and back/bis like I did before, but I have found if you do an arm day your biceps arent tired after back and you have fresh tris after chest
this is how my split look's like at the minute
mon/back
tue/chest
wed/legs
thur/arm's
fri/ cardio morning muay tai pm
sat/delts
sun/cardio morning
i keep reading hitting body parts twice a week is overtraining..but it seems to work for me...will 1 day a week give me better results
