Hitting all three heads of the triceps

What do you guys recommend for a tricep workout that will hit all three heads of the tricep? Currently I do skullcrushers, seated dips and rope pulldowns. Am I hitting all three heads? If not, which exercises should I do.

    skullkrushers x2
    seated extensions x2
    Close grips bench x2
    Is a good tri, routine..

And exercises that hit all three heads lateral, medial, and long, head of the triceps..

Kickbacks, and pushdowns with V bar.. i.m.o i dont think kickbacks are worth $hit...

But in saying this you really work all three heads, all the time during a triceps workout it’s just that some exercises targets different heads more than others.

I find using cable's if I do kickbacks without a cable attatchment it works well. Bend so your back is parallel with the ground and put the cable on the lowest setting at the floor. But I have to agree that its not the best excercise for sure.

    db overhead presses
    cable pressdowns-outer
    weighted dips

seated dips have never done jack for me. its nothing compared to pressing your body weight.
