    working out when sore

    he guys, today is my chest and tri day, and my chest is a little sore, not much at all, i was just wondering if i should work it out or not, the last time i did chest and tri's was 3 days ago( but i killed them) so i think thats why i am still a little sore. what do think? work out or no.

    NOPE....


    I dont do well if not fully recovered .. and your not. I would do some cardio or lift for another body part

    Yeah, 3 days ago is too early IMHO, and the fact that you are still sore kind of backs up my take of it being too early.

    Remember you grow out of the gym when you are resting/recovering, not while you are in it.

    ya man, you should do some cardio to get some blood pumpin throught those sore muscles, always remember, you should give atleast a minimum of 24 hours in-between a workout session, the body needs to replenish all sources of energy including atp inside your muscle filaments and spindles.
