    site specific workout

    what is the best exercise to target lower chest around the nipple area.....i was thinking decline bench but not sure... Also how can i target my inner arm, ie: the part between your bis and tris that shows when you flex your arms.

    are you referring to the Brachioradialis, that runs down the side of your arm, that separates the Biceps and triceps,if so you can work this area by using a exercise that draws power from the forearms hammer curls for example, or you can work that area by using a E.Z, bar, with your wrists slightly turned in this will hit that area well… as for cheat keep doing decline dips.

    i hate decline bench..i dont believe it is helpful.....decline flys are really good....also a friend of mine got me doing decline pull overs...i am pretty happy with them

    the part ur talking bout
    try seated dumbell extensions...
    btw that will improve over time when u develope ur arms and when u diet ......

    as for chest i really dont bother with decline i think its waste of time
    the chest u want will take time to develope
    but try flys..

    weighted dips are good too.

    dips and I recently found that the pec deck has give me some good gains on around that area.

    mos def the decline... go heavy... heavier than flat... it develops the chest better than any other exercise
