    Squats every leg workout?????

Just wondering how everyone approaches their leg workout. I usually feel like i should do sqats every workout, since I need to add size to my legs. But I also know its good to mix it up. My routine is usually:
Sqauts 2 warm ups and 3 heavy
Leg press or Hack squats 3 sets
    Leg extensions 4 sets

Let me know what yall think about it.

I usually do squats but last week someone was in the squat rack and I didnt feel like waiting around so I used the leg press.

2 warm ups and 4 working sets
3 working sets of leg extensions
    3 sets of DB lunges
    4 working sets of hammy's
    4 working sets of calves

Done in 1 hour and I was spent.

I do them about every second week right now. Sometimes I ditch them for months when I dont progress anymore. Many have this compulsive attatchment to squats thinking leg growth is impossible without them. I think they are a crucial part of leg training but they should be rotated in and out of routines just like other leg exercises.

Squats, hammy curls and presses or hacks. No extensions unless I'm cutting for a show and since I NEVER do a show I NEVER do extensions.

If you looking to increase total body muscle mass, deadlifts and squats are the best. If you're looking to isolate the legs and take lower back strength out of the equation, then I would go with leg presses and hack squats as the best. IMO, variety is the best for motivation (keeping you from getting bored).

I say squats every workout (once a week).
Also like to warm up the knees with some leg extentions first. JMHO
