CURRENT WORKOUT
Monday: Chest, Triceps’s
Tuesday: Back, Bi's
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders, Lats

What do you guys think of the revised workout? the way the new way the muscle groups are setup? Or is my current workout better?
