    Help with knee wraps

I just bought some knee wraps for when I go heavy on squats but I have never used them before. They are harbingers but do not have the lines down the middle. Do I just start about 4 inches above the knee and wrap them to about 4 inches below the knee? And I am guessing they just tuck in to themselves or something? thanks.

Have the same kind. Best wraps I have ever used. I always start with the top of the wrap right below my knee cap and wrap up above the knee about an inch. Then tuck it under the last wrap. Everyone has their own way though.

Me too, I'm the same way. I only use straps when I go heavy.

I start about 2-3 inches above the knee, wrap extremely tightly to 2 inches below the knee (overlapping about a half wrap thickness on each), and on the second to last turn pull it really tightly and hold it out with your other hand so you have a small loop, then wrap and pull through. That was tougher to explain then I thought.

At first you probably won't wrap them that tight, but once you start using them you will wrap them tighter and tighter.

I used my wraps for the first time today. They help a ton but man did they cut off my circulation when I was lifting. After each set I couldnt wait to get them off of me. Thanks for the help.
