i have tried using dumbells colse grip so both parts of the weights are touching eachohter and doing sets lke that seemed to help me
I read on one of my muscle charts that the sternal fibers are worked heavily when the arms are brought down from an overhead position. This would make the pullover an excellent exercise for the inner pecs.
I don't think there is a specific exercise to target inner chest. Just make sure you contract fully while performing your exercises.
