Help!

I was in the gym today, and was on the leg press, on my 6th rep I felt something in the back of my head near my nech POP, then my eyes went out of focus and felt like i was going to black out, i didnt drop the wheight, (thank god) but i dont want that shit to happen to me again. Can someone please tell me what happend.

any help would be appreciated

god! us canadians are so fortunate with our free healthcare and all it would seem like hell to get treatment in the states!.. anyway I had something wierd like that happen to me too while doing heavy dips.. I got a sharp instant pain in my head( like a headache but not gradual like they usually are) never happened again thank god!
