How exactly do you do rest pause sets?
get a weight that gets u your desired amount of reps..say 10...so when u reach your 10 reps (should be to failure) finish on the negative portion of the exercise. then take 12-15 deep breaths and lift to faliure again(should be able to get 3-4 reps.finish on the negative once again..12-15 deep breaths and do one more time to get 1-2 more reps.
