    Possible Hernia

    is it possible to have a hernia w/o pertrussion? my groin/lower abdomen have been killing me for 2 weeks and it hurts severely to lunge (even w/o weights) and it hurts to run (i do a lot of short distance sprinting)

    is it possible?

    Where exactly do you feel the pain? What was the mechanism of injury?
