My friend weights 98lbs and she needs to ge into shape fast.
She has no endurance what so ever and she's out of shape. Should she do cardio or should she stick to weight?

If she is underweight, she needs to fix her diet first. How tall is she? What is her current diet? Does she workout at all now?
she is 5'7". she doesen't watch what she eat and yes she does go to the gym but her workout isn't that great cause she has low energy and low endurence.Quote:

I agree with SC on this one and he's the professional when it comes to that. If her diet isn't in check and she isn't eating right, she won't have energy...
That basically applies to my gf, she’s in the same boat.. she’s complained a lot about how thin she is and I’ve tried to help but she’s just not ready, I agree with SC you have to make the effort for yourself.. if the will is there she’ll pull through
