    My next split...

    Day 1: Chest / Traps
    Day 2: Back / Shoulders
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Bi / Tri / Forearms
    Day 5: Legs
    Day 6: Off

    Anyone used something similar?

2 on 1 off seems to be a good rest scheme.

I do exactly the same split; except I do my legs Day 2 so I can hobble around the office on Weds day and have my staff feel sorry for me. That way I go home early!
I want to walk normal on the weekends.

I use something similar but isolate my muscle groups more.
    1. Legs
    2. Bi's/tri's
    3. Off
    4. Shoulders
    5. Back
    6. Chest
    7. Off

Works great. 2 days off per week and very isolated and focused muscle training days.
BTW I throw in calves and forearms every 3 days or so. Just as extra, same with abs.
