Thread: new stimulation...?

would rotating onl y the order of your first 2 exercises in your routine for a body part give you enough variety to increase stimulation once a routine has gone stale?
ex. of a chest routine...
this is considering your lower chest is already developed enough and would like to bring up mid to upper chest, would this create enough "new" stimulation sticking with the same exercises but switchig order?

it has worked for me dude..but i do it like once every 2 weeks and change reps a lil
