    tricep routine

    hey guys just wondering if this is a good tricep routine...

    Close grip bench press
    seated overhead dumbell ext
    dips or reverse pushdowns

    3 sets of each 6-8 rep range

    try:

    close grip bench
    skull crushers
    rope pushdowns (for the final burn)
