Hey guys. Do any of you guys know the reason why I smell like ammonia after my AM/Empty Stomach cardio. It's been this way for about a month or two now. Starting to really confuse the sh*t outta me :scratch:

never noticed that when i do morning cardio. maybe your cat peed on your workout clothes??
Are you on a low carb diet at the moment? being in a ketosis state can lead to bad breath, ect, ect, not to sure about B/O though…
You taking anything? I know when I took Clen my BO was different kind of chemically smelling. ?? stopped and it went away.
that could be it....
I get it sometimes. Why I dont know but I think it is related to ketosis.

it means your body is burning protein as fuel, so i guess that technically isn't ketosis. it does mean you need to amp up the carbs though- i would slowly raise the amount of low GI carbs you injest until the catpee smell stops but before you gain fat (it's gonna take some feeling out), and esp. eat a couple slices of whole wheat toast in the morning along with a big ass eggwhite omelette.
whats ketosis guys, I have one more month of bulking before I start cutting (because I don't want to cut, even though I have some extra fat I gained 17 pounds so far this summer and I've been slaying ass like never before, I'm scared to get ehteopian again again.)

when my brother was on roids used to get weird smells from him
back when wrestling several of the guys used to smell like that when they where close to competition and cutting weigth fast.

Get this also, and its not from Ketosis, Carb depletion, steroids. The sweat smells exactly like ammonia and Windex. Not everytime, but at least 1/3 of the time.
maybe its something in ur clothes from ur laundry detergent ??? combinded with sweat it may create a smell
how high is your protein intake
this due to the liver being depleted of glucose, m mom said this happens to alcholics all the time, she's a nurse so i beleive it
