Any overhead shoulder presses have been bothering me lately (getting shoulder looked at weds). Is it ok to split the delts up during other workouts?
Front + side delt at end of chest workout?
rear delt + traps on back day?

Any overhead shoulder presses have been bothering me lately (getting shoulder looked at weds). Is it ok to split the delts up during other workouts?

I would just do 3 sets laterals at the end of chest the anterior head gets good stimulation during chest, so no need for the front raise IMO.Quote:
