Speed & punching bag ???
I work out with those after work for like 45 min to an hour how good are they for cardio work outs or should i just stick to the basics...

I participate in martial arts and use Bas Rutten's Thai Boxing Bag Workout to increase my cardiovascular endurance for sparring. It's more sport-specific and fun than getting on a cardio. machine. If you're a bodybuilder, the lower intensity cardio. might be more beneficial for fat loss.

Well i do cardio in the morning the jog on my lunch breaks then after work i weight train then when i go home thats when they come in to play

Im a solid 230 but my movements are kinda slow and slugish I want to loose that weight to about 190 b/c even @ that size ill still look as if i weighed 210 @ my weight now people think im like 250 but im not i guess im trying to come down in weight and body mass
