critique on full body workout
i saw this article about full body workouts, thinking about giving it a go, the workout is done 3 times a week e.g mon/wed/fri
the exercises were compound exercises with free weights and the sets were
2-4/ 8-10 reps one excercise per bodypart, looking for some feedback on this routine, is it to much volume anything i could change to make this more effective, the reason why im loking to go on to this is i do muay thai sundays and thursdays so this would fit in well
Sample One Week
Full-Body Workout
Day 1: Full body (Chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, abs, legs, calves)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Full body (Legs, calves, back, abs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps)
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Full body (Back, chest, legs, triceps, biceps, calves, shoulders, abs)
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest
