Dead Lifts: On Leg Day Or Back Day

    I need opinions here

im thinking i should do my dead lifts on legs day because of how much squats use lower back as well, and working my lower back that hard twice a week could be bad

so instead of doing dead lifts on the days i do my rows, pull ups, etc i was thinking of just doing it on the days i do squats and other leg exercizes

What about searching a bit before asking a question? There's the same questions 12 threads down.
