Feed back on my workout routine..

Just wondering what you guys thought of my workout routine. I sucessfully cut down to the welterweight (152lbs) with the help of swole's sgx program. I won my first fight and now i'm looking to put some weight back on. After a few days of shall we say "relaxing" on the diet I now weigh 160-165lbs. My current routine is as follows. I'm taking some time off boxing to train for jiu jitsu. Only on creatine/protein/multivitamin...no plans to juice till mid twenties.

    Chest- Incline DB bench 4x6-8
    Flat DB bench 4x6
Weighted chest dips+25lbs 2x to failure
    Cable flies2x10-15
    Total:14 Sets

    Back- Pull ups 4x failure
    T-Bar row:4x6-8
    Deadlift:4x6-8
    Total: 12 Sets

    Legs- Squats 4x6-8
    Leg Ext 4x6-8
    Ham curls 4x6-8
    Total:12 Sets

    Shoulders- DB Mil Press 3x6-8
    Upright rows 3x6-8
    Front Raise 3x10-12
    Lat Raise 3x10-12
    Total:12 sets

    Arms- Hammer Curl 3x6-8
    EZ bar curl 3x6-8
    Preachers 3x10-12
    Total:9sets

    Tricep Dips 3x6-8
    Decline Skull crushers 3x6-8
    Overhead Presses 3x6-8
    Total: 9Sets

So far gains have been coming slowly but surely. Do you think i'm over training? I've been flooded with so many different styles of training since joining the board, DC, West side, etc. I'm just trying to keep it simple stupid...

well if you're a boxer who just had his first fight why would you want to take a break from boxing? and if you stick with boxing, box more lift less.

Not a pro fight, I absolutely HATE training for boxing. I can't stress this enough, got my start as a wrestler in high school and one year in college. I hate cutting weight unless I have to, my trainer wanted me to drop to feather weight, and I told him he was out of his mind(this would require a wrestling style of weight loss . I would guesstimate 7-8% bf when I weighed in thanks to SGX. In a nut shell I want to pack on mass agian, i'm eatting like a madman.
