Deadlifts?
Trying bodybuilding for first time, don't know whether i should be doing conventional style deads, a wide base deadlift i.e. sumo/tank or switching it up between both to get the most out of it. By this i mean the most lower back growth, and also how many reps should i do for bulking-12?

I would say it really depends on what training phase your on. If you're on a strength phase, go with the sumo deadlifts. For a hypertrophy phase, stick with the traditional deadlift. Everyone is different but a general guideline for hypertrophy would be 8-12 reps.
