whatever you use, it should not cause you discomfort.. that is swelling, or pain in the knees or ankles..
go at 60% of your max for 30-45 minutes in the am before eating..

thanx bro, i just wanted minimze fat gains on a bulk cycle....i gain muscle quit easily but fat even easier
Given the two choices I would go for the eliptical

i dont think there is a difference..i personally like the elliptical
I would go with the treadmill if you don't have any joint conditions. The treadmill will provide a superior cardiovascular workout, in the morning.Quote:

I prefer the treadmill over the eliptical.
If you have a local beach or an are with a lot of sand, go for a jog or sprints in the sand. Easy on the joint, and all the benifits of running. Also much better than machine workout, because your body and core muscles are constantly adjusting to the contour of the sand your running on
