Heads of the Triceps and Biceps?

I'm at work, currently on break, and was trying to design my next strength training program. My books are at home so I cannot use them for research right now. Is there a website that I could go to that would explain which exercises hit certain head of the triceps and biceps. I remember that hammer curls stress the long head of biceps.
