    2 a days ?????

what up guys i gotta a question about 2 a days ? say you go hit chest and tris around noon but you werent mentally into it and you didnt push much weight and you cut the workout short, if you feel up to it should you go back later that day ?? after eating a few tims of course, and work chest and tris again or just waite till its time to hit them again.

I would save your energy for your next workout (tommorow or the next day). Next, try to figure out why you didn't get a good workout in. Avoid these distractions, if possible, the next time you do chest and triceps.

If you have enough time to train twice on this day; you could train chest in the morning and triceps in the evening. You will not be disappointed with your results.

it happens just leave it and give your body rest for next body part..

Havent done 2 a days since football off season workouts. It works good for overall strength and powerlifting, but not for mass, at least for me it didnt bulk me up just got stronger.

I agree completely with striker. Great post. Figure out why you weren't into then don't let it happen again. Most of it (training) is mental.
