wats up guys i know u should get @ least 8 hrs a nite but thats just not possible for me..my question is is 5-6 hrs a sleep ok??? is it really gonna hurt my gains that much???

I usually sleep about that much and make gains just fine

theres no rule where it says you should get at the least 8 hours a sleep...
anything over 8 hours is actually not beneficial to the body....
so bout 6 your ok
try couple of days of the week to get more like 8
maybe the weekends... when theres no work
im assuming you cant get enough hours sleep cause of work...
yea wkd i get like 8-10 hrs...and yes ur rite i only get 6hrs cuz of work and cardio...
thats fine then dont worry you will grow train hard and eat well
