    Should i do chest/shoulders or shoulders/back

hey guys, i havent been on in awhile. I was seeing what routine i should do. I only go to school and workout, no work or anything. i sleep atleast 8 hours a day as well and get 5-6 meals a day. Only taking creatine and protein. This Is for Bulking, i need to put on some size! any comments appreciated..thanks

    m-chest(by self, or with shoulders)
    t-legs
    w-arms
    t-rest
f-back(w/ shoulders if not with chest)
    s-rest
    su-rest

    OR MAYBE

    m-chest/shoulders
    t-legs
    w-back
    th-rest
    fri-arms
    sat-rest
    sun-rest

*oh chest/shoulders are lacking bad! So these are most important area's for me

after leg day you should have a day rest
but if you are going to do any of those routine..
i would suggest you do back and shoulders....
oh btw if they are most important body parts and their lacking you should do chest and shoulders by themselves so you can really concentrate on them.....

If I did shoulders with another bodypart I would do it with chest since its a pushing motion

so i should rest after legs, and do chest/shoulders together? my shoulders are lacking bad, so i really need to hit them the hardest with back. so would it be bad to do back/shoulders? or just split them up and do them each seperate?

i was told to do whats lacking with legs, cause it realeases, etc.. so i might do this.
    m-chest
    t-back
    w-legs/shoulders
    t-rest
    f-arms
    s-rest
    su-rest

What are some opinions about this? I dont work, all i do is eat, school, train and sleep..thanks

try combining muscles that are worked together muscle size is the accumulative effect of the exercises , so it is more beneficial to do like chest, shoulders and tries they are all getting worked together then rest and eat heaps. back and bis etc
    also low rest

ya i dont know, i really want to do them by themselves, since they are lacking, but then ill be doing tri's 3 times a week. 1 with chest, 1 with shoulders and 1 with arms. so i might do shoulders/tri's!
