Im looking to flatten my chest mainly.. when i flex looks ok, but when i dont looks like i got titties.. should i lift more weight and less reps or less weight and more reps?..... I really need a good solid routine that will work my upper body.. should i work out 2,3,4 times a week?

A solid nutritional program is the fastest way to lose body fat. Post your diet in the diet forum and others will be able to help you out. For beginners, cutting out junk food and spacing out your meals (six instead of three) throughout the day will make a big difference in reducing bodyfat levels.

    yeah lopse the bf.
try cutting out alot of carbs by only eating them before 2pm . and only eat whole grain low gi type carbs like oats multigrain bread. increase proportion of protein.

do a combination of weight training and cardio
i think training around 10-12 reps high volume low rest (high time under tension) wil compliment cardio.
