    something new

    im looking to change me routine, im thinking something like this, what do u guys think

    mon-chest
    flat- x10 x8 x6 x4
    incline- same
    flat dumbel 3x10
    cable top crossovers 3x10

    tue-cardio/abs

    wed- legs
    squat- x15 x12 x10 x8
    clean- 3x10
    stiff deads- 3x10

    thurs same as tue

    friday- arms
    lat pulldown-3x10
    longbar curl- x10 x8 x6
    siting ezbar- same
    standing dumbell-same
    skulls, same
    tricep push down-same
    rope pulldown same

    What do u guys think, looking to get alittle bigger, take no xplode pre workout, homemade cell tech post, n get proper nutrition, is this good?

    i know theres no shoulders or back, but on my leg day my back gets a pretty good workout, n i know many people who dont do shoulders in their core exercise routine..... is this ok?

    I would add some: seated machine shoulder presses to match your lat pulldowns, close-grip t-bar rows to match the flat db presses and bent-over laterals to match your cb crossovers.
