    Skull Crushers by yourself

Does anybody got a good idea for bringing the bar to rest after you are completely exhausted. Leaning back to floor just seems pretty uncomfortable. Once again the lifting partner fails to have the same inthusiam as me in showing up to the gym.

Do them from the floor. Place a movable flat bench behind you. After you finish your last rep, place it, behind you, on the bench. If your hands are too close together that your hands will get crushed by the bar, slide your grip out and then place it back on the bench.
