    Calf training DC style

    Can anyone explain this to me a little? It is about calf training DC style...

    "DC style it is 15 count pause at the bottom and a 5 second negative."

    I dont quite understand how EXACTLY I should perform the calf raises. If anyone can make this a little clearer I would apreciate it. Im tired of bothering my trainer with questions that he may find mundaine.

    What is the rep speed for the concentric? I'll be able to answer your question after knowing that.

    I was just told 15/5 tempo....?

    I think I hold at top for 15 sec then 5 sec negative. Im not sure though
