Calf training DC style
Can anyone explain this to me a little? It is about calf training DC style...
"DC style it is 15 count pause at the bottom and a 5 second negative."
I dont quite understand how EXACTLY I should perform the calf raises. If anyone can make this a little clearer I would apreciate it. Im tired of bothering my trainer with questions that he may find mundaine.

I think I hold at top for 15 sec then 5 sec negative. Im not sure though
