new workout?
Ive been doing this split for over a year
Monday-Chest,Triceps
Tuesday-Leg,Abs
Wed-OFF
Thursday-Biceps,Back,Abs
Friday-shoulders
SAT-OFF
SUN-OFF
I want to do a new split but not sure which way to go I like alot of recovery time
Day 1: Chest, biceps, abs
Day 2: Back, Hamstrings
Day 3: Shoulders, Triceps
Day 4: Quads, Calves
hows that one??????

legs
chest
back
shoulders
off
arms
