What do you guys recommend ? cardio ?.....
I been bulking and on a new diet. I been eating mostly, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, peanut butter, shakes all the common fun stuff. I am 5'6 158lbs now and according to my diet plan i got off here i only need about 2,150 calories a day. Of course i can easily do that by doing about 350c * 6 meals a day, with them clean foods i listed. Now i am a little over in BF right now i am guessing that i am at 14-15% I still want to get gym to check that for me but my question is should i still do some cardio in the morning on empty stomach while at the same time trying to put on good weight? I was figuring maybe only 3 days a week... What do you guys think?
