Whats a good length and intensity of cardio workout to make your heart bigger

Aerobic Zone (Endurance Training) --- 70 - 80% of maximum heart rate: The aerobic zone will improve your cardiovascular and respiratory system AND increase the size and strength of your heart. This is the preferred zone if you are training for an endurance event. More calories are burned with 50% from fat.

do you lose alot of muscle aswell ?? (off cycle i mean)

You would have to have the proper nutritional approach to prevent muscle loss.

So if I stay on a bulking or at least heavy diet will I be ok to blast out some cardio
