My girlfriend recently purchased the Bowflex Ultimate. For those who do their workouts at home, what has your experience been like with the Bowflex?
It's a ****ing piece of shit. I broke one at sears just playing around with it.
I bought one, broke it, then they did not validate my warantee. Lost 1200 bucks for 3 months of use. Although it may be ok for women, considering that they are pushing less weight.
How did you break it? She has never strength trained before, so I don't think it will be a problem.Quote:
