    Exclamation Exercises

I will be away for 3 weeks and not have access to a gym, please list any homade strenght exercices that you know of, other than situps, pullups, and pushups. Really looking for something that would be tough, and only able to do 6-15 reps.

there is a couple different variations of dips you could do, also if you get creative you can do pullups and chinups.

overhead pressups (handstand) between two stable chairs and legs against the wall - a hard exercise

put a lot of weight on your upper back and do pressups, you'll be amazed how much they work the delts and triceps and the serratus will knacker the next day

stand on one leg and do calf raises holding some weight as well

sissy squats, romanian deadlifts, 1 legged body weight squats (squat down, extend 1 leg fully out horizontally and stand up with the other leg) . If ur realli inventive u can train pretty much any muscle in any way, using other muscle groups for resistance.
