Will i still grow if im training for endurance??

I need to start training for muscle endurance. So obviously i need to lower all my weights to accomodate me to be able to do higher reps.
I was wondering if i drop all my current weights will i shrink down in size or is it still possible to grow whilst training with lower weights but high reps ?

some people train only for endurance and get huge results, if you have never done this type of training you will definitly gain some size. Also some people respond better to this type of training, so if you do get good gains maybe try sticking with it for a while to see if you are one of those people.

I agree with the above comments, however, I think endurance will mostly maintain your muscles. And for the muscles you already have, enduance exercises could really tone up your muscles, and burn off that fat.
