    legs today or not???

    wats up guys my lower back is still sore a lil bit from deadlifts on monday and my calfs are sore also from workin them yesterday i 4got i was doin legs today so i was wondering if i could still do legs 2day or not.??? would my lower back and calfs get hit enough for me not to do legs today???

    If your lower back hurts, then squatting would be quite a task.

    I do back on friday and squats on monday..that gives me plenty of time

    I wouldn't. If you need to do legs, go to leg presses, first, and then follow up with hack squats. These should allow your lower back to recover faster than squats. Both of these are to be done in replacement of the squat only. Then continue with the rest of your leg workout.
